Privacy

3 Wins is a private archive. We collect as little as we can, and we do not sell what you write.

What we store

Email, a username, timezone, appearance preference, authentication session data, and the wins you choose to save. Win text is stored as plain text in our database so it can sync between your devices. It is not end-to-end encrypted. Database rules restrict every row to the account that wrote it, so signing in with your email is what opens your notebook — but our hosting and database providers hold the data, and staff with database access could in principle read it.

Who can see your wins

Nobody else using 3 Wins. There is no feed, no followers, and no public profile. Your notebook is only reachable from your own signed-in account.

What we do not do

We do not show your wins to other people. We do not put win text in page metadata, analytics, or advertising. We do not use your writing to train models.

Your control

You can export your archive and delete your account from Settings. Deletion removes your profile, wins, and sign-in.

Processors

Hosting and database providers store the account and archive so the product can run. Support contact: support@threewins.today.
